Return Process

Contact our dedicated customer support team via the LUMOS Malaysia official website or email with your order number and proof of purchase to start the process.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Provide a brief video or photo documentation of the technical issue so our engineers can perform a remote diagnostic to determine the necessary resolution.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the projector in its original box with all included accessories, remote controls, and cables to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
- 4.Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving and verifying the returned unit at our service center, we will dispatch a brand new replacement or process your full refund within 7 working days.
